Abstract: Objective To evaluate the nursing effects of clinical nursing pathway in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Totally 90 cases of patients with gastric cancer from March2013 to February 2015 in author’s hospital were chosen to research,and were divided into research group(routine nursing + clinical nursing pathway)and control group(routine nursing)by random number table.The anal ventilation time,hospitalization time and expenses,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The anal ventilation time,hospitalization time and expenses of research group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically different(P<0.05).Negative emotions between two groups before intervention had no significant difference(P>0.05),but all were greatly improved after intervention,SAS score and SDS score of research group were higher than that of control group after intervention,the differences were of statistically significance(P<0.05).Satisfaction in fit,psychological comfort pain and average satisfaction of research group were better than that of control group,the differences were of statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can greatly improve the negative emotions and nursing satisfactions of patients with gastric cancer,then promote the recovery.
