Abstract: Multiple pregnancy is not only more likely to have common complication such as pregnancy hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes,preterm labor,fetal malformation than single births,but there are still many special complications and a significant increase in maternal and perinatal mortality.
