Abstract: According to the results of the research on the problem consciousness of the postgraduates,it shows that the lack of the problem consciousness exists among part of the postgraduates. The lack of the problem consciousness among postgraduates is the bottleneck restricting the development of its innovative ability. This paper is to explore the factors that affect the cultivation of postgraduates’ problem consciousness,and make a rational analysis of the countermeasures on how to improve the innovative ability of postgraduates.
