Abstract: The personnel training model of school-enterprise cooperation is adopted by most of our higher vocational hospitality management colleges.However,currently the cooperation is just be-tween school and enterprise,the participation and enthusiasm of the industry and the gild is not suffi-cient.The training of personnel for higher vocational hospitality management should draw the industry into the cooperation between school and enterprise to share the resource of the cooperation and to reach the win-win situation.
