Abstract: Objective To explore clinical effects of different doses of compound Dezocine with Ropivacaine on brachial plexus block. Methods 136 cases with upper limb surgery between Octo-ber,2013 and October,2014 in our hospital patients were selected as the research object.136 cases were divided into control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group by using stochastic way,34 cases in each group. The patients were under the interscalene brachial plexus block ( ISBPB ) with ultrasound. The control group was injected with 20 mL 0.375%Ropivacaine hydrochloride, and the low, medium and high dose groups were respec-tively for 0.05 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg,and 0.15 mg/kg Dezocine compound with 20 mL 0.375%Ropi-vacaine hydrochloride. The anesthesia effects and adverse reactions of the four groups were compared. Results The anesthesia effect time of the medium and high dose group was obviously shorter than that of the control and low dose group. There was no significant difference be-tween low dose group and control group ( P>0.05) without statistical significance. The sedation time and effect of the low, medium and high dose group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05) .The adverse reaction of the high dose group was obviously higher than that of the low and medium dose group ( P<0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusions The com-pound Dezocine with Ropivacaine has better sedation effect over a much longer time and shor-ter anesthesia effect time than Ropivacaine. The dose of 0.10 kg/mL Dezocine with Ropivacaine should be recommended because of low adverse reaction and good sedative effect.
