Abstract: At present,the number of young teachers in TCM higher education is rapidly increasing,and they have gradually become the main force of teaching. However,most young teachers are facing problems such as heavy teaching workload,scientific research pressure,insufficient understanding of teaching and research,and a lack of professional development awareness. Therefore,improving young teachers’ teaching ability should start with the system itself,including tutorial system construction and teaching contest implementation.
