Abstract: In order to study the synergistic interaction mechanism of thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of materials, taking polyamide 6(PA6) composites filled with carbon fiber(CF) mixed with carbon nanotube(CNT) as experiment object, the effect of CNT surface treatment process on interface bonding morphology, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of PA6/CNT/CF was studied. The results indicate that, compared with the single filler of CF, the addition of CNT builds a bridge structure between CF and matrix interface, which can reduce the interfacial thermal resistance and improve materials thermal conductivity and mechanical properties. The CNT whose surface plated with nickel can further strengthen the interactions with CF, which promotes CNT to adhere to the surface of the CF and enhances the occlusion effect between CF and matrix, it can significantly improve the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of composites.
