Abstract: In order to give full play to the basic role of operation mode in the information system construction and maintenance, combining with the characteristics of SGCC information system construction and application, this paper first proposes the practical model of operation mode, analyzes the principle of the establishment and management. Then the display elements of operation mode is described in detail from the power supply system, network system and operation system architecture. Lastly, application methods and suggestions of the operation mode are proposed from two aspects of system online/offline and emergency treatment. The experience for the information system resource allocation is accumulated and the practical level of using operation mode is improved.
