Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of carvedilol in patients with myocardial infarction and heart failure.Methods:From 2012 February to 2014 February in our hospital 50 cases of myocardial infarction and heart failure patients as the research object,according to randomly assigned principle can be divided into two groups,the control group was given nitroglycerin,aspirin,furosemide taste and other routine drug therapy to improve myocardial function,the observation group in the control group therapy based on the application carvedilol in the treatment of magic. Two groups were compared before and after treatment of each index of cardiac function and the effect of treatment.Results:After treatment with the obvious changes in cardiac function,a statistically significant difference in comparison (P < 0.05); the observation group and control group after treatment of the cardiac function test results,the difference was significant,with statistical significance (P < 0.05); compare two treatment effects,the effective rate was 88% in the observation group,the control group was 64%,the difference was statistically significant comparison (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of carvedilol in the treatment of myocardial infarction with heart failure,can improved cardiac function,enhance the therapeutic effect.
