Abstract: Teachers' lifestyle is the teachers' culture in the sense of ontology. It is a kind of free culture. The relationship between the construction of teachers morality and their lifestyle is the one between cultural consciousness and free culture. The effective way to construct the teachers' morality is to train love and decication from their mode of life; to cultivate morality in imparting knowledge and educating people form their operation mode; and to start nurturing qualities form their mode of thinking.
