Abstract: [Objective]To study the influence of occupational harmful factors on liver health of exposed workers, provide the basis for control of occupational hazards.[Methods] 1275 workers exposed to occupational harmful factors from 89 enterprises in Fangshan District of Beijing were recruited in the exposure group, while 338 workers who have not been exposed to occupational harmful factors were enrolled in the control group, and the level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) was detected by the continuous monitoring method.[Results]The level and abnormal rate of ALT in the exposure group(15.29%) was higher than that in the control group(9.76%) , and the difference was statistically significant(u=3.50, χ2= 6.73, all P<0.01) . The level and abnormal rate of ALT increased with the increasing of exposure time, and the difference was statistically significant(u=2.30, χ2=5.79, all P<0.01) .The abnormal rate of ALT in workers exposed to both physical and chemical harmful factors was higher than that of those exposed to only physical or chemical harmful factors(χ2=25.70, all P<0.01) . In the exposure group, the abnormal rate of ALT in males was significantly higher than that in females(χ2=18.92, P <0.01) . [Conclusion]The abnormal rate of ALT in exposed workers of related enterprises in Fangshan District is high, which indicates that the occupational harmful factors have the indirect damage on liver. It is necessary to strengthen the health surveillance in enterprises, and implement the occupational protection, to reduce the occupational hazards.
