Abstract: In the process of architectural design, the design of sustainable buildings can make full play of its effi ciency, in the largest extent, to reduce or from the fundamental completely eliminate many building effects for human health and the living environment. Its core is to co-ordinate the relationship between the development and the environment.Sustainable development architecture from every aspect of construction, and strive to achieve in the construction of the whole life cycle, the principle of reasonable and effective use of resources, namely from the development of the land, building layout, building selection materials, construction, final construction utilization and maintenance of late, etc. Based on the sufficient improvement of comprehensive environmental benefits, to research the sustainable architecture and environmental design methods and principles.
