Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the most common human cancers. Currently, incidence and mortality of lung cancer rank first in malignant tumors. Among several lung cancer risk factors carcinogenic environment play an important role in the progression of cancer. The occurrence of lung cancer not only depends on carcinogenic environment, but also on individual susceptibility. More and more studies showed that lung cancer was the result of the interactions of genetic factors and environmental factors. In this article, we elaborated the research progress of interactions of recent gene polymorphisms, smoking and lung cancer susceptibility, and discussed its reasons for different results.
