<正> MR造影与X线造影的物理原理不同。MR造影剂只改变氢核系统的弛豫时间,造成相邻组织在弛豫时间上的差别,以达造影目的。一切顺磁质都可减少氢核系统的弛豫间。顺磁质原子的固有磁矩在静磁场B_o中即要绕B_o方向旋进,又要伴随分子作热运动,这就加剧了氢核周围业已存在的杂散磁场。这个杂散磁场瞬息万变,在其噪声频谱
