Abstract: 【Objective】To observe the sacral anesthesia assisted ring type selective hemorrhoidal mucosa resection and anastomosis of superficial anesthesia with propofol(TST) control open clinical application effect of pulling the visceral traction reaction.【Methods】In operation:60 cases with non circumferential prolapse based Ⅲ, Ⅳ phase hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in A group, for sacral anesthesia combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia; B group of 30 patients, underwent sacral anesthesia. Operation mode is open-loop superior hemorrhodial musoca resection and anastomosis(TST). A comparison of two anesthetic effect. All cases had no severe heart and lung diseases, two groups were excluded from the sacral anesthesia failure. 【Results】novisceral traction reaction of propofol in group.【Conclusion】Sacral anesthesia small doses of propofol on the prevention and control of TSTcaused by the application of intraoperative visceral traction reactionsignificant effect, reduce the pain of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
