Abstract: SLE is regarded as autoimmune disease with a possible genetic predisposition. The association between the patients with SLE and HLA antigens was researched by a standard lymphocyte cytotoxicity test. This paper shows that HLAA3 B8 B35 DR2 were present with significantly more frequency in patients with SLE than controls. After correcting P value, there is significant association between HLA DR2 and patients with SLE.
