Abstract:
Some problems in the original RF system of Hefei light source(HLS) electron storage ring were analyzed.The improvement on the RF transmitter and power transmission system,the development of a new RF cavity and the perfection of RF controls were described in detail.The design and the measurement results were presented.These results show that the main parameters of the HLS RF system meet the design objectives and satisfy the requirements for storage ring operation.
