Abstract: This paper reported the synthesis of five analogues of Ch-uangxinmycin. It was shown that 1-Tosyl-3-trifluoro-methyl Chuangxin-mycin methyl ester exhibites antitumor activities by murine spermatogon-ial depletion assay.
