STUDY ON THE PREDICTING METHOD OF SHELFLSVES OF LEUCOMYCIN AND ITS DOSAGE FORMS

Abstract: The degradation equations of antibiotics with more than one components were infered, which showed that the potency change of such kinds of antibiotics couldn’t be described by simple reactions in general cases, so that the shelflife couldn’t be predicted with usual kinetic methods.The initial average rate method was used to predict the shelflives of leucomycin which contained over 8 components and of its dosage forms, the results obtained were near to,those obtained by observations under room temperature condition.
