Abstract: The ~1HNMR data for 7β- (6-substituted -2quinolone-3-acet-amido) -and 7β-(6-substituted-4-hydroxyquinoline- 3-formamido) -cephalosporins were reported. The influence of substituents on chemical shifts and the general procedure for determining the structures of cephalosporins were discussed.
