Abstract: High-Speed amino acid analyser (Hitachi 835-50) was employed for the analysis of amino acids and sugars in Polyactin A, with two methods, respectively.The results have shown that main comonent in hydrolysate is mannose. Polyactin A is a mannose polyose peptide material.
