Abstract: We have synthesized nine N-(2-aryltriazmylcarbonyl) amoxicillin derivatives which hitherto have not been found in the literature. The structures of these compounds were determined by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR spectrum respectively. The antibacterial activity of phentricillin, tolutricillin, metotricillin and clotricillin against Sta-phylococcus aureus are higher than that of triazinocillin (BL-P1908), and the antibacterial activity of tolutricillin against Pseudomonas aeruginosa is higher than that of triazinocilhn.
