Abstract: The formulae for calculating the linearity antibiotic concentrations after iv, iVgtt or im administration of single or double compartments were summed up based on the clinical practice.By using those formulae, the antibiotic concentration could be calculated regardless of administration of drug at single or multiple doses; at regular or irregular intervals and in equal or unequal dosages.The calculation could be done with functional mode electronic calculator.The application of the formulae in clinical practice rendered physicians to prescribe safer and rational dosage schedule.
