Abstract: Teaching speaking has been very weak and ineffective in CET(College English Teaching). In order to enhance the learn-ers’ motivation to listen and speak English, according to the theory of oral test and its positive feedback, the flexible English oraltests are inserted in CET classroom in a gradual and step-by-step way, which is hoped to be a starting point to guide learners to im-prove their listening and speaking ability, from the first to the forth semester.
