Abstract: 目的 有效落实卫生行业新标准《护理分级》,进行持续质量改进.方法 通过团队的组建、护理分级质量现状调查、根本原因分析和验证、改进方案的制订和实施、有效质量控制等干预措施进行护理分级质量改进,采用护理分级合格率、患者满意度和医护人员看法来进行效果评价.结果 改进后护理分级合格率高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(x2=67.066,P<0.001);患者满意度中“业务水平”“健康教育”“满足需要的及时性”高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.318,P=0.022;t=-4.929,P<0.001;t=-3.528,P=0.001);访谈医护人员均对质量改进活动给予肯定,表示改进后的护理级别更符合患者需求.结论 优化护理分级流程,采用看板管理进行质量控制,科学进行自理能力分级,是落实《护理分级》标准、提高护理分级合格率和患者满意度的关键.
