Abstract: By taking Culture Sharing Project in Hunan for example,the paper carries out a survey about Non-profit digital cultural resources integration by means of depth interview and web survey. The study found that there weren’t any resources integration,funding and talents group building policy at the meso and micro level. Except for provincial libraries,other public cultural institutions didn’t participate in the process of resources integration,like museums and archives. Resources integration was superficial,so that resources availability should be strengthened. The main reasons are lacking implementation policies from the government,the service principal are lack of corporate consciousness and specific cooperative mechanism, limit in current management system, multiple and discrete digital objectives.Combine with the theories and practice in resources integration area in domestic and outside,the paper provides some targeted advices.
