Abstract: Shaanxi is a province which is shortage in water resources,The water supplies insufficient as well as cause from this the ecological environment question,always is restriction factor of the economy and the social development.The article begin with the analyzing basic situation and characteristic of our province water resources,and analyzed the erroneous zone of the sustainable development about water resources,and proposed how to solve the shortage of the water and how to achieve the sustainable development.
