Abstract: Rhodobryum roseum Limpr is a popular plant to cure heart disease in chinese minority.The chemical components and their pharmacological effects of this civil prescription were investigated in this paper.The results indicated that traditional chinese medicine has a comparative advantage in adaptability of treatment based on differentiation in disease and syndrome in comparison with modern medicine.
