Abstract: 形态学观察及致病性比较结果表明,大青枣炭疽病由胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)侵染所致.该菌的菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成的温度范围分别为10~34℃与16~31℃,最适温度分别为25~28℃与28℃;菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成的pH值范围分别为2~12 与3~11,最适pH值分别为5~6与4;菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成易受光环境影响;菌丝体生长对维生素的要求不严格,但分生孢子形成对维生素敏感.
