Abstract: This paper proposes a new scavenging method-separate scavenging method and introduces the technique of application of separate scavenging for general two-stroke gasoline engine with loop scavenging. The average specific fuel consumption of the separate scavenging engine is lower than that of the original engine by 14. 3%.
