Abstract: The ACM composite materials filled with hollow glass microsphere was prepared by physical blending.The influence of the silane coupling agent WD-40 on the hollow glass bead morphology and the properties of composites were studied.And influence of contents of the hollow glass microspheres and plasticized agent DOP on the properties of ACM composites were investigated.The results showed that the compatibility of hollow glass microspheres with ACM was significant increased after surface treated by silane coupling agent.The composites were of the maximum tensile strength and elongation at break could be obtained by controlling the contents of hollow glass microspheres and DOP.
