Abstract: To make sure whether labour force in publicly-owned enterprises should be taken as commodity,one has to solve the problem of related methodology.The prerequisite to it is consistently analysing the distribution of conditions for production.Then follows the consistent regeneralization of the common economic conditions from the angle of servitude,i.e.the right to use the means of production,so as to concretely grasp the relationship between labourers and servitude in publicly-owned enterprises.
