Abstract: The composing and the principle of hydraulic systrem of the vertical insulating-glass flat press production line,a specific machine for insulating-glass made is introduced.The problems existing in the control system,hydraulic system,hydraulic oil and other components are pointed out.And the system is improved.The improved production equipments has put into the market since 2006,the system runs well,and the hydraulic system failure has not occurred. The practice shows that the improvement of hydraulic system meets the technological demand of the vertical insulatingglass flat press production line,and it is more stable and reliable.
