Abstract: The effects of different proteinases and cell titcrs on results of plasmid isolation were studied.One or two plasmids were detected in different strains. Plasmid DNA isolated from cells of strain 7653 by CsCl—EB density gradient. centrifiSation and diSested with 5 endonucleases was electrophoresed in agarose gel, and restriction endonuclease cleavage patterns were compared.
