Abstract: The selection of werght matrix in LQL index for optimization of uncerain systemswith L2 bounded uncertainty while satisfying the circular regional dominant pole constraint isinvestigated. Based on the asymptotic property of closed -loop poles, the weight selection isachieved by using the Mobius transformation between complex s plane and w plane, while tak-ing into account the worst influence of L2 bounded uncmertainty to closed - loop poles. Thesimwlation illustrative example demonstrates the effectiveness of the method.
