Abstract: The paper first derives the equations of relative motion for rendezveous between two spacecrafts in space, and gives their physical interpretation, secondly gives the analytic resolutions of dynamics equations and analyzes their dynamic characteristics, finally derives the expressions of the safe area of spacecraft avoidance and stationkeeping points. The safe area and stationkeeping points can be found out by selecting appropriate initial conditions.
