Abstract: This paper is a summary report on some R & D experiences of the automatic systems of space vehicle and industrial manufacturing work. The quality in designing power supply and grounding affects not holy anti-interference characteristic of the system, but also the safety of equipment and personal direilly. This paper concisely describes the power supply and grounding types of the system and its compositions, the correct methods of power supply and grounding, the common errors of power supply and grounding in different R & D stages and the methods for design, construction and measurement of grounding system, etc.
