Abstract: The tourism resources of Hebei province are abundant and distributed as a belt around the capital. This paper puts forward several countermeasures based on the strategies of tourism products differentiation,circle tourism communication system and regional tourism central city theory,which renews the outlook of tourism industry and pattern in Hebei province. Furthermore,the paper also proposes to build a systerm of tourism leisure industry featured with ecology and culture and a spatial structure of tourism destination functiond as leisure and recreation,which accelerates the development of the leisure tourism industry belt around the capital.
