Abstract: Many atrial fibrillation patients combined with coronary heart disease(CAD) need interventional therapy. However, the most challenge is antithrombotic therapy after PCI. Warfarin plus dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation could increase bleeding complications, whereas withholding warfarin can increase the risk of stroke and thromboembolism. The optimal antithrombotic regime in this situation is still unknown. This review describes the advances of antithrombotic regime in patients with atrial fibrillation treated by percutaneous coronary intervention.
