Abstract: <正> 阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)和6-氮杂胞苷(6-azacyd)具有抗肿瘤活性。后者毒性低于前者。剂量较高。Ara-C在体内脱氨基后生成非活性的阿糖尿苷(Ara-U)。合并应用Ara-C和6-azacyd,其理由是:(1)6-azacyd可选择性抑制RNA合成,Ara-C可抑制DNA合成;(2)6-azacyd是胞嘧啶脱氨酶的作用物。当它在血液中浓度大于Ara-C时,可阻止Ara-C脱氨基。为研究Ara-C和6-azacyd的药动学及其代谢物,需寻求其同步测定方法。目前尚未见文献报道。本文研究了同步测定血样中Ara-C等的最佳条件。
