Abstract: <正> 醋酸维生素E(EVA)常制成口服油溶液制剂。近来,Tokumura等报道了将维生素E(VE)油溶液填充入胶囊的生物利用度比固体制剂高。另一方面,象乳剂和脂质体这类脂质分散体系可成为脂溶性药物的有效制剂。而且,实验亦表明中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(MCTG)可增加人体对VE的吸收。本研究测定了大鼠口服含MCTG卵磷脂水分散体 (Ⅰ)、大豆溶液(Ⅱ)和吐温80水溶液(Ⅲ)三种VEA制剂(处方见表)的生物利用度。实验用体重170~250g雄性Wistar大鼠,禁食12小时,麻醉后经胃管、胸导管、十二指肠内分别给予三种制剂,定期抽取24小
