Abstract: 本文介绍了冷作模具钢Cr12因淬火速度不同在高温区碳化物的析出和Ms点的变化。由于冷却速度的降低及冷却时的等温,其微细碳化物在晶界及晶内析出,使其后续冷却时的Ms点上升。碳化物的析出对回火硬度有影响,降低回火时二次硬化的硬度及温度。鉴于Cr12钢在淬火冷却时的碳化物析出、淬火组织及回火二次硬化都与Ms有关,故可根据Ms点作为影响该钢种碳化物析出的淬透性的评价。
