Abstract: 传统的气体渗碳是采用吸热式气氛,滴注气氛和直接通入CH4、C3H8、C4H10与空气等,具有在高温条件不能获得高碳势的缺点。本研究是在炭粉中加入碳酸钡(0~20%),在950~1100℃的流动粒子炉中通入不同氧分压的气氛进行高温快速渗碳。为了避免高温条件下奥氏体晶粒的粗化,把渗碳时间缩短到10~30min。在最佳的处理条件下,10min就可以获得0.6mm的有效渗碳层。
