Abstract: 冻结时间、冻结壁厚度和冻结壁温度场的性状是冻结法施工的的关键参数,以工程实例为背景,考虑了水的导热系数和比热c的相态变化以及冻结管吸热参灵敏随温差而变化等因素,利用ANSYS大型有限元计算程序,对单、双排管冻结下冻结壁的形成及基变化特征进行详细的计算分析,得出了双排管冻结下冻结时间缩短、冻结效率提高、冻结壁平均温度下降等特性,最后,探讨了双排管冻结下冻结壁平均温度的简化计算方法。
