So far,frequently-used drugs are mainly colchicines that treating acute gout by acting on neutrophile granulocyte,selective and non-selective cyclooxygenase inhibitor-nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs( NAIDS),glucocorticoids and xanthine oxidase( XO) inhibitor-allopurinol,etc.
