Determination of Matrine Contents in Relieving Itching Anti-Inflammation Fluid by HPLC

Abstract: Objective To determine the matrine content in relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Waters Symmetry C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) and the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-pH 6. 8 phosphate buffered solution ( 8:8:84 ) . The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The linear range of matrine was 0. 25-2. 50 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) , the average recovery rate was 99. 79%, RSD=1. 65%( n=6 ) . Conclusion This HPLC methods is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid.
