Abstract: 基于FDTD(时域有限差分法)对任意入射电磁波对电子设备带孔缝腔体的耦合效应进行了研究.对典型电子设备的开孔腔体进行仿真,计算不同情形下腔体内场强分布,根据仿真数据进行分析,得出一定的耦合规律,从而进行更好的屏蔽设计.研究结果表明:入射波正对孔缝照射时耦合效应最强,背面照射次之,腔体侧面照射时耦合效应最弱;入射波极化方向与孔缝长边垂直时耦合效应最强,两者角度越小耦合效应越弱;孔缝在腔体壁正中心时耦合效应最强,越靠近边缘耦合效应越弱;孔缝形状和入射波极化角度的规律一致,即孔缝与入射场强垂直的边越长,则入射波对腔体的耦合效应越强.
