Abstract: The current enrollment system, curriculum, teacher quality, the quality of doctoral thesis research and scientific research and innovation ability are the main factors influencing the quality of doctoral cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine. By analyzing these influence factors, the article try to explore traditional Chinese culture quality assurance factors of doctoral students, that is, to control the quality of students, to clear training objectives, to strengthen the responsibility of instructors, to supervise the quality and training of scientific research and innovation ability of students and so on.
