Abstract: 为一套用于低温氢气回温的空浴式换热器建立了传热模型,着重考察结霜工况对传热性能的影响.针对等霜层厚度和线性变化霜层厚度等两种模型,计算和分析了不同风速对回温器的温度分布的影响以及满足复温需求的最小换热管长度.鉴于实际结霜工况应该介于两种理想霜层模型之间,为满足该低温氢气回温器换热要求,最低管外空气强制对流风速也应介于两种理想模型所要求的最低风速之间,即1.3-2.1 m/s之间.
