Abstract: The aerodynamic characteristic of aircraft with canard and conventional configuration is estimated using CFD technology. In this paper, fluid is calculated on scale model using computer aided software and the typical aerodynamic characteristic parameters of aircrafts with two kinds of configurations in terms of lift coefficient, drag coefficient, lift-drag ratio and pitching moment are obtained through the process of calculated data. Then these parameters are in comparison. Finally, the advantage and disadvantage of aerodynamics of aircrafts with two kinds of configurations are obtained.
